To do that we give our 40G QSFP+ DACs a 10 year warranty from the time of purchase and we will allow for full credit or replacement for any of our transceivers that are not functioning properly during that time. We appreciate all our customers and partners, thank you for your loyalty.
We do not cover Direct Attach Cables that are outside the Dromeda Networks brand and customers should contact their original manufacturer for the specified transceivers. All DACs are tracked by serial number on the label and internally.
